Accommodation & Travel Grants

Accommodation

We will provide accommodation for all presenters (excluding poster presentations). Presenters will be staying at the Burghotel in the historic city of Nuremberg (two nights, 7-9 November). The accommodation is located in 15 minutes walking distance from the conference venue. For directions please see the hotel’s website.

Travel Grants

Participants can also apply for travel allowance. As our funds for travel grants are limited participants are asked to only apply for a travel grant if their expenses are not covered by their home institution.
